Next, chop your bacon up into one or two-inch pieces and add it to a stock pot over medium heat.

Once it begins to cook, add the garlic to the pot and cook the garlic in the bacon grease until it starts to look translucent. At this point add the chicken broth and simmer for 20 minutes. It’s simple, free and fun! Shouldn’t it be a stiff dough, I put like half the water but I remember my mom making it and it was a really stiff dough to roll out, did I do something wrong, Anyways I’m going to leave it in the fridge til tomorrow and then complete it and see where I went wrong.
