How To Make A Watermelon Baby Carriage: A Step-by-Step Guide
This is such a great centerpiece for a baby shower. I love it. You make it seem so easy to make too. I wrote a hub on empty frozen fruit bowls and this carriage could be frozen empty, and pulled out when you need it. It will keep the fruit inside very cold.

I love it. Seems like I've been going to so many showers lately, I'd really like to try making this for the next one. Thanks for the wonderful & easy how-to! Remove the skin off of a cantaloupe to act as the head of the baby and place inside the baby carriage on top of the fruit. Then with toothpicks insert a round shaped fruit such as grapes into the cantaloupe for the eyes and nose. You could cut a strawberry or use apple slices for the mouth.
I have seen a variety of fruit used on the face so don't feel limited to those suggestions. I have also seen a cantaloupe baby with a pacifier inserted for the mouth just to give you another idea. Hope this info helps! I really would like to know how u make the baby made out of cantoloupe! Please baby shower in a couple of days! Maybe you or your friend can use this idea for a future baby shower.
